A Fee is payable (depending on the size of the audience) and this will be in the range of £35.00 to £65.00.  In addition, travelling expenses calculated at the rate of 25p per mile (based on a round trip) will be requested. All necessary equipment including screen, projector, projector stand and stereo system is supplied.  All I need from you will be a table and I would suggest a PA system if the audience exceeds 80 people.
