Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. We would like
to provide you with a friendly, personal service at very affordable prices. |
We have three Standards of inclusive packages - the Silver Standard, the Gold
Standard and the Platinum Standard - all designed to fit within
your budget. All photographs presented to you will be original copies with
no "Proof" or other watermarkings – further copies and a range of different sizes
will be available, again at unbeatable low prices. |
1. The Silver Standard We will provide a full set of photographs measuring 6"x 4" taken throughout your day presented in an album with each individual print numbered within the album (not on the print) for re-ordering purposes. The Silver Standard fee includes attendance at the main wedding venue plus, if required, attendance at one additional venue. Should you require photography at a third (or more) venue, an additional charge of £25.00 per venue will be payable. The Silver Standard Inclusive Fee £250.00 |
2. The Gold Standard We will provide a full set of photographs measuring 7"x 5" taken throughout your day presented in an album with each individual print numbered within the album (not on the print) for re-ordering purposes. The Gold Standard fee includes attendance at the main wedding venue plus, if required, attendance at one additional venue. Should you require photography at a third (or more) venue, an additional charge of £25.00 per venue will be requested. The Gold Standard Inclusive Fee £350.00 |
3. The Platinum Standard We will provide a full set of photographs measuring 8"x 6" taken throughout the day presented in a high quality, white album with each individual print numbered within the album (not on the print) for re-ordering purposes. The Platinum Standard fee includes attendance at the main wedding venue plus, if required, attendance at up to two additional venues. Any further additional venue will be charged at £25.00 per venue. We use Nikon digital cameras and aim to provide well exposed and attractive photographs
which will include traditional wedding pictures as well as a number of candid
or reportage photographs. The costs shown include limited digital manipulation to improve the finished article - more extreme digital imaging is available at extra cost. Our inclusive fee includes travel costs for venues up to 20 miles from our base in Woodcote, South Oxfordshire - additional travel will be charged at 40 pence per mile. |

We would suggest an early informal meeting to discuss your requirements in general
at which time a deposit of 25% of the appropriate Inclusive fee will be payable.
A further more formal meeting will be required approx two weeks before your big day when you may specify exactly which photographs you will wish to be taken and make us aware of any special requirements on the day. At this meeting, a further payment of 25% of the appropriate Inclusive fee will be required, the balance being due once you take delivery of your album. |
Once you have shown your album to your family and friends, we welcome orders for
reprints, either of the same or different size, and details of our processing costs
are shown below. All re-orders are offered with or without an
attractive, top of the range, Spicer Hallfield Wedding Folder as follows: |
